The items listed for purchase on this website are perishable and are
time/temperature sensitive. Please consider the following when place a shipping
order.
- Choose the appropriate shipping
method with regard of the approximated distance to our shop located in Kearny,
NJ which is the origin of departure.
- Take consideration for the day of
the week your order has been placed since we ship only three days a week: Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Mail orders cannot sit in transit
over the weekend due to the perishable nature of the items.
Stewart's Scottish Market does not assume or accept
liability for items spoiled due to:
- Extended shipping timeframes,
- Typographical errors related to
address/city/zip code imputed by the customer.
- Errors based on the conduct of UPS
delivery drivers.
- Stewart's Scottish Market will
not assume responsibility or accept returns on perishable items that laid on
the receiver’s shipping address for long hours; forgotten for days (at front
door, backdoor, side door, front desk, porch, backyard etc.) when receiver did
not arrange details for mail order delivery and/or due to traveling or
vacationing.
